“Your staff knows what post op patients’ needs are; you have prepared for their arrival and anticipate what will be needed for their specific surgery. The three words that express your exceptional service are personal care, thoughtfulness and fun, even though we are not suppose to smile or laugh sometimes that was difficult not to do.”

“The suite was very lovely! The drive to the beach when I was feeling better was wonderful just to get out for a short while. I know I ate more nutritiously than if I had been at home. I’d just like to stay for a visit when I’m well because things are so comfortable and nice. Thank you.”

Is the Post Op Retreat available for non cosmetic surgery clients?
Yes, after having a discussion with your physician to be sure we can attend to all your needs, we will be very happy assisting you, during your recovery.
Why can't I just take care of myself at home?
After you make the decision to have surgery it is highly recommended that you find a person who is trained to care for you, you benefit when you recuperate in relative comfort.
It is recommended that you have your own bed with special support cushions and a person to provide ice packs on a schedule to prevent swelling. You will need to lay on your back for many hours; we will assist you in repositioning, giving you cold/heat pads for your back, neck and places where you have discomfort.
Will you send a companion to my home?
The Post Op Place is designed for individuals who do not want to go back home immediately after surgery or are unable. We offer that quiet serene setting where you have no distractions. For these reasons we will not be able to accompany you home and care for your there.
