General Disclosure and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for selecting Post Op Recovery Place, Inc. to assist you after your procedure. Our goal is to make your first day or first few days after surgery less stressful by providing you with a clean, comfortable room, nourishment, hydration and icing.

Our residence has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a lounge/living room area. Nicely appointed bedrooms have blankets, comforters and pillows. Linen service, constant 24-hour assistance & housekeeping are provided. “Pursuant to state law, all of our rooms are NON SMOKING.”

We are NOT NURSES and Post Op Recovery Place does not provide nursing care. During your stay, we will prepare your meals and provide you with non-alcoholic beverages, ice packs for swelling, and clean linens.  We will remind you to take medication, and provide a laundry service. We also offer door-to-door service between your home in San Francisco, your doctor’s office and our rooms.

“Cancellation Fee”

Cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days before the date of your stay will be subject to a cancellation fee of one-half of your room reservation fee.  Your room reservation fee is not refundable if you cancel your reservation less than five days before the date of your stay or if you are not released from your doctor’s care on the date of your procedure. All room assignments are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed and the full reservation fee paid.
